Who can I email when I have a question about an option that was available to teachers is not available now?

I am a teacher.  I use to be able to click on 'Assignments' then 'Scores' then the name of the assignment that my student(s) had completed and then click on 'Hints' and be able to see all of the completed problems and step by step explanations.  

Why am I not seeing the explanations anymore?
