Add a Parent?

I’m afraid that without removing the current parent account and replacing it with yours, the only option would be for you to be linked to the child’s account as a coach.

That said, there are many things you can do as your child’s coach! For example, you can activate the Teacher Dashboard on your account, create a class, and add your child as a student. Then, you’ll be able to assign content and generate reports on your child's progress, as well as support them through their learning journey at Khan Academy!

I want to confirm that the process for adding child accounts to a parent account at Khan Academy remains the same. For privacy reasons, accounts can only have one parent or guardian. You can find detailed steps for creating new child accounts or adding existing ones in our Help Center Article:
