Hi there! Brand new and am curious what the best order to take the classes is...
So, I am 32 years old with just a high school degree and some college and can't remember much from those days haha, so finding this place was an absolute blessing!
Anyways, I am curious what the best order to take the following courses is:
I definitely want to start with some math. I already started the basics of algebra course and it is mostly familiar to me, however I know there will be some concepts of algebra that I have completely forgotten. I am VERY interested in Geometry and Statistics. Possibly Trig as well. I know I will have to do more math due to the sciences that I want to take as well, but these are the ones that I think will be the most applicable for what I plan to do moving forward.
Anyways so as far as sciences go, I want to take Biology, Physics, and Chemistry. possibly Cosmology as well, so I am curious first off, how much math I need to start any of these, and then what is the best order to take them in? I know a lot of people say physics, then chemistry, then biology, but its biology first in highschool, (at least it was for me) so I'm curious what someone would say that is familiar with this curriculum.
As far as other courses, I have selected both Micro and Macroeconomics which I plan to take simultaneously, so am curious what prerequistes math wise there would be for them. Also World and US History which I plan to take simultaneously as well. Does that sound satisfactory and doable?
Also interested in Computer Science and Computer Programming, so I was wondering what the prerequisites are for those as well.
There are other courses I will probably pursue but these are the big ones that stand out for now, so any advice, especially with the math and sciences order would be GREATLY appreciated :)
Thanks so much for anyone who responds, and happy learning!!! Can't wait to get started :)
