Accreditation for online education

I am very impressed by Khan Academy, however, I am wondering why: a) Khan Academy is not a recognized international school and b) no certifications for completed courses are available for students I agree with other posts in saying this..: With such international backup, it should be easy for Khan Academy to get the accreditation as an international online education institute! Certifications would enable students to get their skills recognized. Under such conditions Khan could offer courses or class programs. Then likely more parents would be prepared to support and donate for recognition! Particular under present worldwide conditions imposed by several living conditions in many places these days, such as : COVID-19, Parents moving outside their home countries for employment, volunteering on humanitarian grounds, returning families together, Some countries make it very difficult for their kids to get into a local school, as many countries are low standard of education, money bribes.., and it gives a kid an opportunity to graduate which an education they can enter post secondary education without years of upgrading .., etc..
