Update: Active content will now auto-assign to new students

Teachers,

We've heard a lot of feedback about the process of getting new students up to speed in your Khan Academy classes. Many of you reported that clicking the notification box to assign active assignments to new students was a chore.  

We've made a small change to this process that we hope will add up to BIG savings in time over the course of the year. As of February 22, 2021, when new students join a class that has active students and assignments, they will automatically receive all active content; no need to click the notification!
