I'm not sure what you're trying to find.
"You can learn anything" is basically the core philosophy behind KA. The only person who can decide how much you can learn is you. If you put in the effort, you can learn it.

Oh, the badge!
Master one skill. That means taking any one skill from nothing up through familiar and proficient to mastered. You don't even have to do an exercise. If you can do a test and do the problems correctly, it will bump up the skills to proficient, then a second test will have it mastered.

Any of the badges that are still around that refer to skill mastery relate to a now-discontinued concept Khan Academy had called Mission Mastery. The new type of Mastery does not contribute to the badge for mastering one skill. Mission Mastery was removed last summer.
Carissa, if you have joined Khan Academy in recent months, the work you have done to master a whole lot of skills does not currently contribute to this badge. Perhaps Khan Academy will one day have badges for mastering skills the new way.

Thanks for taking the time to try and figure this out. I have been a member since 2017 (hit and miss activity the last 1.5 years) but have mastered many many skills. I have every mastery badge available, but I do not have the You Can Learn Anything badge OP was asking about. If it is related to mastering skills the badge is glitched for me, lol
