My account will be deleted and I want to save all of my progress from this account and transfer it. I would also like my programs and discussion to be saved. I would also like my badges and streak to be saved. By this all I mean keep everything the same, but change the account. How is this possible?

It is not currently possible to transfer progress, badges, or discussion posts between accounts.
Can you explain what exactly you mean by "My account will be deleted"? The only way for your account to be deleted is if you delete it yourself from your account settings page. Teachers and coaches are not able to delete accounts.
If you're losing access to the email associated with your account, you can link a new email and remove the old one if needed. There are instructions for doing this here.
