i'm a student in khan and for the past few weeks videos stop playing after about 5 to 10 seconds. after about 10 minutes of loading, another 2 seconds of the video starts playing again but then it stops. first i suspected poor internet connection but everything else seems to work fine on my device. what seems to be the problem?

Could you please check to see if you're able to watch the videos once more?
The expected scenario is that the video would initially try to load and fail - the same as before. However, after a few seconds of seeing the failure state they reported, you should see the fallback player load and start playing the video.
