New Content Request - Science & Social Studies for Elementary Grades

I teach 5th grade in the U.S. I love the math content and am super excited to see the new ELA content continue to grow. I would love to also see science and social studies (history, geography, economics, etc.) content that is appropriate and accessible for younger students. The U.S. history course, for example, has exactly the content I'm looking for, but the articles, exercises, tests, and even a lot of the videos are not accessible to someone who reads at a 5th grade level. Thanks!
