Hello,
I am wanting to retake college level Bio and Chem classes before moving on to take Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry at an accredited 4 year university. It's been 7 years since taking I've taken these classes so I wanted to have a review of them.
Do you think the AP classes cover what is taught in college classes? Or are there topics that are missing?

All colleges vary on the amount of content they give when it comes to Biology and Chemistry. However, when taking an AP Biology and/or an AP Chemistry course through Khan Academy, you're getting some material that would typically be taught at a College Level and is therefore more rigorous.
The AP Courses you listed may cover some of what is taught in a college/university class but may not be cover everything.
