To answer the first one, take a look at the numbers that appear for x (min) and y (cm). Do you notice a relationship between the numbers shown for x and y? Here's a clue - I do. I see that every number in the y row is a multiple of the corresponding number in the x row by the same amount. Let k be that number. Then, every y is equal to k times x.
y = k times x.
Once you've figured out what k should be, you can complete the equation.
To answer the second one, use the equation you developed in the first one. Plug 17 in for x. The answer you get by multiplying k times 17 (x) is y. The value of y is the answer to this question.
The answer to the third one is the same value you got for k in the first question. Remember that every value in the y row is k times the corresponding column in the x row.
