Statistics and Probability course on KA is awesome. I've completed first half of it.
In second half, following 3 topics don't have mastery-
1. two sample inference for difference between groups
2. advanced regression (inference and transforming)
3. analysis of variance (ANOVA)
I request you to please add mastery to these topics.

I noticed that, too. I think that the Statistics focus on Khan Academy is on AP Statistics and High School Statistics. None of the three topics you listed are part of either of these courses. Therefore, Khan Academy has decided to either not do mastery for these topics or to give creating mastery for these topics a low priority.
Incidentally, just in the past couple of weeks, Khan Academy has added one more skill to the topic Statistics and probability -> Probability. Instead of 1,500 mastery points, it now has 1,600, and the total for Statistics and probability is now 15,200 instead of 15,100. If you didn’t have the chance to do the practice exercise for this one, which is called Probability of “at least one” success, here’s how I suggest that you do it:
1. If necessary, view the article Probabilities involving “at least one” success if you feel you need a refresher on this.
2. Do this practice exercise until you get the Proficient score of 80/100.
3. When you are ready to level up to Mastered for this one. instead of doing the Unit Test within Statistics and probability -> Probability, do it instead within AP Statistics -> Probability, which also contains this skill. That topic has only 7 of the skills, including the new one, that are in the Statistics and probability topic, as opposed to the 16 in the Statistics and probability topic. Thus, you will get a Unit Test with only 9 questions (since 9 seems to be a minimum number of questions, even when a topic has fewer than 9 skills) instead of 16. But you’ll still get credit for Mastery of the new skill within Statistics and probability.
