Is there a way to take a full practice test for strictly math without going through the reading and writing sections?

1) you can just download the pdf version math test

2) if you don't want to do reading and writing section ever you can just skip all the questions and finish that section to reach math section moreover if you want to do reading and writing later reset whole test (but your math section will reset too).
