[FEATURE] Reading Comprehension Annotations

When doing the reading comprehension section of the diagnostic, I wanted to have more tools to mark the passage with other than the highlighter. For example, brackets, notes, underline, etc. This would allow me to make annotations more similar to what I would normally make on the test to differentiate between the elements I want to come back to.
