The order in which lessons occur

I've noticed at times that the order in which lessons are followed could be improved. For example, I've been completing the integral calculus course and in the two lectures on partial fraction expansion (and in a couple other earlier lectures) Sal comments on or uses the u-substition method. But then the lectures on the u-substitution method actually follows these lectures. It would make sense to switch the order of these lectures.
