Trouble with helping my son - could someone direct me? (Factoring in algebra)
I'm a homeschool dad trying to help my tenth grader with some factoring in algebra. Over the last 22-23 years I've gotten too rusty to be able to do the work. I'm most of the way through Sal's factoring videos, understanding them and the practice exercises. When we refer back to his Abeka book, we still don't get their answers or understand the work they show. Would anyone be willing to look at a few problems and:
a) Direct me to the videos and practice that would help me help him? or
b) Explain to us what the publisher had in mind and help me brush up so I can help him?
Thank you!
