Avatar Wont Work

Hi,

By looking at your screenshots it appears you have over 10,000 energy points. To unlock the avatar, you must go to your profile and then select the button that says "Check for new badges or avatars".

If this doesn't work, then please submit a support ticket!

I had to wait 3 days.

It works! Go to the upper right corner, where your email is located. Then, click on 'Learner Home' and proceed to the badges section. You will see a "check for new badges and avatars" and refresh.
