List of named reactions and videos in organic chemistry
In several countries from India to the US we don't have a one stop shop for all the named reactions. We have to refer multiple books (Morison and Boyd, Solomons' and Fryhle's etc) which is very tedious and time consuming. If you could keep a repository of named organic reactions( wittig, fittig, aldol, clemmenson reduction etc) with the overall reaction printed on top and the mechanism and the uses in the video, it would be of great help for those not only in college, but also for those appearing for the highly competitive IIT JEE. Also it would be really nice if we could have a chemistry mission, similar and as extensive and thorough as the one for math on Khan Academy. The videos are very clear but we need thorough practice as well, and good practice material is hard to find.
In India we learn named reactions starting from 11th grade. I think this addition would be a major boost to Khan Academy as this will lead to several Indian students (about 30 million) to use Khan Academy extensively.
