Assign MAPPERS?

I tried what the article said and I entered their MAP scores prior to class, but when my students logged in it appeared they did not have the same program. My guess is some were "Mission" and others were "MAP Recommended."  (My co-workers had their students enter their own scores and it worked fine.) Is there some step that needs to be completed differently as I the teacher entered the scores ahead of time? 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
