Feature Request: View options for video transcripts

Hello, If possible, it would be nice to be able to change the view of video lesson transcripts to be in paragraph format instead of the current time-based format.  The current format with the tele-prompter look that follows the speech is nice, but it is a little hard to get a pace going if you just want to read the transcript in leu of watching the video.
