How to change crosshair into hand cursor in sketchbook like sal uses hand cursor in his video?

Sir/mam,

I am using sketchbook for online teaching, but i want to change crosshair in sketchbook but there is not any method to change it. but sal khan use hand cursor in his video. Please tell me how he do it.. plz plz plz
