Resetting a student's password who is over the age of 13.
I have multiple students who are over the age of 13 so I cannot reset their password. When they go to reset it using their email they are not get the reset email. What should we do?

For them to reset their password by using their email, they would have to go to their settings then scroll down to where it says "Password". And it gives the option to make a new password.

They cannot get into their account to do this.
Ok so did they forget their passwords for their email accounts?
They said they are not getting a reset email. I had them check all their folders and they could not find the email. I screen shot all the info I can see on my end to help them.

If your students are unable to get the password reset links, this might be due to the restrictions on their school domain emails.
