What is the difference between Arithmetic course and Arithmetic (all content) course and which one I should follow to learn arithmetic fully?

I'm an adult learner with pressing time wants to learn math but got confused a bit by seeing few apparently similar courses like the ones I mentioned in the title of this post so please let me know...
