No, I mean have a conversation, back and forth, directly with a guardian, like you and I are doing right now. I don't believe the support ticket does that - it's just a single question + response.

Contacting Guardians

Is there a way to speak directly with a guardian? I've looked for a while but can't find any reliable method. The closest I can seem to get is directly messaging them, but this usually doesn't work...

T&T / Questions not loading

For whatever reason, many of my programs are (apparently at random) simply not loading the T&T. However, some will load just the Questions or just the T&T. This is happening to others' programs as ...
