I've got 10 000+ proficient skills and still didn't get it, apparently max LVL now is around 170, which is equals to 14 000~ skills, so I have 4 000 more to do, and maybe I won't get it anyway

Apparently it's virtually impossible, it is at least 14 400 skills which is at least lvl 170 and going up! but the problem is that some hidden skills are broking and impossible to complete

Update: apparently Atlas (old) required 500 proficient skills, not mastered, and Da Vinci was 500 mastered skills
