Hi Andrew,  When viewing quiestions, comments or replies that are unhelpful to the community and/or offensive, you are able to flag these comments under the 'flag' option.

You need to have over 5,000 Energy points to be able to use discussions on KA. This feature was implemented to prevent bots from spamming discussion sections on Khan Academy.
