Thank you for wanting to improve Khan Academy's content! If you (or your child's tutor) believes that there is an error in an exercise or quiz, you can click the "report a problem" button on the bottom right of the exercise window. 

After submitting information about the error, it will be sent to the content team where they will review the reported error and correct the exercise if necessary.

Information about reporting errors in videos and articles can be found here. Please note that as of right now, reporting a content error is only available on Khan Academy's website, not the apps.
