what if we could use our energy points for something like building our own avatars? (hair, clothing, accessories...) we should also have energy point leaderboards (like someone else previously said) and then if you stay top for like a week maybe you get something new for your avatar?? or even win other stuff to customize your profile like backgrounds or colors (or both!!) idk i find it fun
Kenzie Gleason the badges don't do anything 😭 they're just there and you can stick them up on your badge showcase thing for when ppl check ur profile but that's all to it. that's why i was suggesting to make energy points useful cos they're basically pointless. like you get the points, then the badge, and then... nothing. it's not even fun to collect badges atp 🥀 trust me i've been on khan for 3+ years now. they really need to gamify the whole thing a bit to make it more motivating. and dw you're not a burden at allll 💗
🦖Leafersaurus🦕 yess kinda like how u gotta buy visual effect and avatar borders on discord.
Apparently they used to have backgrounds that you’d get to stick behind your avatar a few years ago, but then they changed the avatars and decided that the backgrounds looked weird with them and removed them. Apparently there was a black starry one that you got for 1 mil points. 😮🤩
I said “apparently” because I only joined KA 13 weeks ago, so I obviously wasn’t around back then. Also…I’ve gotten most of the easier badges, and I’m not even halfway through my grade. My showcase has Copernicus, Fredric Douglass, Awesome Listener, Wave and Flame. Once I finish my grade I’ll have the highest sun mastered skills badge, Newton, and then after that is like Black Hole, which is a huge gap. Fredric Douglass as well. It’s already the second highest, and the highest is BH. The level and streak badges also get pretty spread out.
For example, I’m gonna get the Torrent one soon for level 25, and then after that is 50, which is a pretty big jump. And then 75 and 100.
