Have you thought about doing an ASVAB prep course? The state of Washington is allowing students to take the ASVAB and pass it with a 31 in order to use it as a graduation requirement. I am a math teacher and this is something that I think is a great idea. Not all students will utilize the higher levels of math to get a job. I think that some math minds out there have done a disservice for our students who require higher and higher levels of math content in order to graduate. I call these people math "snobs". I need my hairdresser, diesel mechanic, etc. Yet they deserve, in my opinion, to get a high school diploma. As long as they become contributing members of society, that should be all that we ask for. So, any thought about creating an ASVAB prep course?
