Hi Bonnie,

To change your role from a student to a teacher, go into your settings. Underneath "Roles," check that you are a Teacher/Coach, change your homepage to be the teacher dashboard (if you want), and click "Save Changes."

You should then be able to access the teacher/coach tools. 

If you mistyped your birthdate and found yourself with a child account (for users younger than 13), and cannot change your birthday, please send in a help request from the email associated with the account. Select "I need to adjust a birthday" when submitting your request.
