Games section on computer programming

I use Google's Family Link to allow restricted access to domains specified in the "allow list" for my kids. I have been an ardent proponent of Khan Academy, and khanacademy.org has always been one of the first ones added to the list. Lately, all my kids have been spending an disproportionate amount of time in the games section of the computer programming part of the Khan academy site, not learning about programming, but just playing the games. I am requesting that the games section of the computer programming be hosted on a separate domain that can be blocked separate from the main site. As you are aware, url filtering as the suggested solution to a similar question posed by another parent, cannot be implemented for https.

Hi Shounak,

You should be able to accomplish this by blocking the www.kasandbox.org domain. They'll still be able to view the projects area and click on them, but not of the projects will load or be useable once clicked on.

Please note that this will also prohibit them from being able to complete the projects in the computer programming courses, since the editor for those activities relies on this domain.
