Did you assign specific content to the student or just a course mastery goal?

If it was just the course mastery goal, you can edit the goal and remove her from the list of students so the goal doesn't show up on her dashboard anymore.

If you assigned specific content, you shouldn't edit or delete the assignments, as this will lead to her (and possibly other students') assignment progress being permanently deleted.

I assigned the content as a mastery goal to begin with. One student already mastered it, so I assigned the next level. I think I figured out what's happening. Thank you.
