Could you please submit a support ticket so we can take a look at this? Please be sure to include the name of your class, as well as the names of at least one student that appears to be missing an assignment.

Here's an example of some of the various assignment states that you might see in the Scores tab:

In this example, Student 1 has watched the video, Student 2 has not watched the video, and Student 3 was not assigned the video.

In order to collect Student 3's completion status (or score if this was an exercise, quiz, or unit test) Student 3 must be added to the assignment. I can do this by editing the assignment and making sure the box next to Student 3 is checked under the students dropdown.

There's a few situations where students could be missing from assignments:

- The student joined your class late. If the student was added to the class after you already created some assignments, they will only be added to assignments that are not past the due date. There's more details on this here.

- You previously created an assignment that wasn't given to all students. By default, the Students dropdown uses whatever value you last used. So if you previously created an assignment that purposefully wasn't given to a few students, then future assignments won't be given to those students either unless you update the Students dropdown.

If you want an assignment to go to all students, make sure that the students dropdown says All Students, rather than X students (where X is some number) when creating the assignment.
