I am not KA staff, but I can recommend having proof of completed coursework through a registered Khan Academy account.  With a Khan Academy account, you can see all of your completed/in-progress courses/assignments, and from there, you are able to screenshot/download an image of your completed work.

Unfortunately, Khan Academy is not an accredited institution and is not able to provide any transcripts or diplomas.

Depending on your state's requirements, you may be able to use the activity log or skills report as a substitute. Here are instructions for using both of these reports:
