Maybe it's just me but in exercises, I'm frequently accidentally changing my answer before hitting submit and it's causing me to get things marked as wrong. I sometimes just randomly click in the open space on the page but I can be nowhere near answer selections and those random clicks accidentally change a selected answer without me realizing it and ultimately get them wrong.

For me this isn't a huge deal because I'm just brushing up on skills I haven't used in a long time but it's still frustrating to know I got it right and being marked wrong. I already do that to myself enough when it's typed answers and I miss a key while typing!
