Thanks for writing in with your idea! We are always working to add features that improve our site, and we love getting input from our community.

While we wish we could implement all of our users' requests, we need to make difficult decisions about which features and requests are aligned with our goals at the time.

As our needs and resources change, it’s possible that we may be able to revisit this issue at a later date, but I can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to do so, or provide a timeline for when that might happen.

If you are 13 years or older, your best option to get help on a Computer Science Challenge would be to click on the “Request Help" option right under your program.

(Tip: If you are under 13 years old, you can ask a Parent or Teacher to ask questions for you!)

This way, your question will go out to a community of thousands of peers who are happy to help answer well-worded questions.

Once someone has answered your Help Request it may not be as visible to others. Also, the system does see a lot of use at times, so your request may not get noticed immediately. As such, if you don't get a useful reply on the first try, you can try opening a new request after some time, but you may only have one request open at a time.

Another good option would be to access our highly active Study Group Community where people can start their own study groups and address specific content-related questions. It's a great opportunity to reach out to a global circle of learners and teachers who are always happy to help!
