I wanted to point out that the current "Welcome to the reproductive system" video features a sketch drawing of a blond woman with a pony tail. This reinforces gender & beauty norms. Some societal questions can be asked like: "why do women need to have long hair?" "why did the video maker pick a blond woman?"

I hope the Khan Academy team can be more vigilant of perpetuating societal norms/standards, and rather perpetuate diversity and disability (recognizing the social model of disability - society disables by telling us what is normal!).
