Add GED test prep course

I know there have been a lot of requests for this but they never seem to gain traction or get noticed. Please, introduce a GED prep program! Khan Academy is very helpful and I understand the way you all teach things but I don't know what to study. It would be very helpful for those of us struggling and can't afford to take classes.
