I think that foreign language learning is very different from learning math or grammar, and that Khan Academy is better off sticking to its strengths rather than trying to add content in a completely new area.  For one thing, learning spoken language usually benefits from evaluating spoken content, which would involve Khan Academy using data collected by a user's microphone, which would be completely new for Khan Academy.
