Great news, we will publishing updated units for AP Physics 1 throughout the 24-25 school year!

The updated units are aligned to the updated Course and Exam Description for AP Physics 1.

- The updated units include new and improved articles, videos, and practice exercises.

- There is an increased focus on deep understanding of the fundamental physical principles, as well as data analysis skills!

- This also means that these new units may replace 1 or more current units.

The units will be:

• Unit 1: Kinematics
• Unit 2: Forces and translational dynamics
• Unit 3: Work, energy, and power
• Unit 4: Linear momentum
• Unit 5: Torque and rotational dynamics
• Unit 6: Energy and momentum of rotating systems
• Unit 7: Oscillations
• Unit 8: Fluids

Unit 1 was published in late September and Unit 2 was published 12/2/24. Even if you completed the original units, we recommend you revisit the new ones as they are much more aligned to the updated course and exam description!

The remaining units will be published throughout the 24/25 school year.
