I was working on a lesson for “Combining like terms with rational coefficients” I got it wrong and i tried checking what was wrong with my answer but everything proves my answer right except for the hint and when i try to press continue, the expression was -6/5-2/3v+4/15+1/3v, my answer was -1/3v-22/15 the hint even had the same steps I did but says the answer is -1/3v-14/15

I found the mistake in your answer.
-6/5 - 2/3v + 4/15 + 1/3v
Rewrite -6/5 as -18/15:
= -18/15 - 2/3v + 4/15 + 1/3v
Group the terms with v and those without:
= - 2/3v + 1/3v + -18/15 + 4/15
Group the numerators:
= (-2 + 1)/3 v + (-18 + 4)/15
Note that -18 + 4 = -14:
= -1/3 v - 14/15
I'm guessing at some step the +4/15 became -4/15, which would lead to -18 - 4 = -22 rather than -18 + 4 = -14.
