You can create a new program by visiting this link: https://www.khanacademy.org/computer-programming/new/pjs. Alternatively, you can do the same thing by visiting an already existing program, and pressing the "New Program" button right below the canvas on the right.

To access your programs, go to https://www.khanacademy.org/profile/me/. If you have created any projects, you can view all of them by pressing the "View All" button on the right, next to the Projects tab. I believe that if you haven't created any, Hopper will actually prompt you to create a new project!
