Term of use KA content

Dear sir

As I know that you are non-profit organization then I have a plan to provide e-learning in a school. I have some question and clarification on asking permission to use your vdo content as below:

1> Do I able to download KA vdo content to use with my existing school e-learning system?

2> As current, most content is not available in my language, can I put soundtrack of my language in?

3> Do you have any suggestion in Term of Use that not illegal to meet my intention to use KA content with school e-learning system?
