Script to see how many practices are not mastered yet

Hello programmers! 
Right now i'm completing all KA math 100%. I would like to know if it's possible to create a script that makes you see what lessons are still not in Mastered level instead of having to go one by one and see if there's any new content that made my progress go lower or i have something that I've still not mastered. Is it possible? Can someone make it? If anyone makes it, i would be happy to make it myself but if someone recommends me where to start and what to learn in order to do it I would highly appreciate it. Thanks yall for reading!
