Hi Hunter,

Thanks for sharing this! I know this is something that has been brought up before, but unfortunately it has not been a priority due to the relatively low impact and our limited resources.

Do you see a lot of posts like this? For now, I'm thinking that flagging these types of posts so we can either delete them or edit out the code might be a good option. In most cases, it would probably be easier to share code via a project link or a help request. Are there other instances where posts are long but don't contain code?

As far as the rich text goes, you should be able to see what the post will look like by clicking the "Show preview" button under the post editor. Is this not working for you?
