How do you update a student's current account email to a new email?

Hello

My son's Khan academy account is linked to his school Gmail . He is moving schools which means he will lose access to that Gmail. He is unable to add /connect his personal Gmail to his current khan acct . Can you please help so that we don't lose the progress he has made till now? Thanks
