I have recently made a newspaper on the KA Computing section. In my newspaper, I have included articles talking about black history month and the history of the word soccer. Is this considered off topic, and can I get potentially banned?
I would prefer if a support advocate answered.

If you want a support advocate, a help request would potentially be better.
Personally I think that as long as you don't break the guidelines with something contrevertial you can keep making stuff for the newspaper, I mean you are putting html/js to work, it's good practice. I'd say it's better than a bunch of low quality memes

As long as both topics are discussed in an educational/historical way, that should be perfectly fine. In general we don't consider race/identity to be a controversial topic, so as long as projects like that remain educational and respectful you should be okay. The Program Guidelines have more specific examples as to what we consider off-topic, inappropriate, or controversial.
