Mentor (how to get a teacher/coach?)

Hello! I am a ninth grader in India. I aspire to study in a university in the States. But I am unable to find a proper mentor to whom i can ask about the process of applying, courses I need to take, etc. I also have doubts about when I start preparing for SAT and ACT and whether it is required. I would be obliged if someone helped me with the same. Thank you!

Thank you for your inquiry!

Khan Academy does not provide learners with coaches. Our 13+ learners can access the discussion forums under each video to ask questions.

You can also ask a teacher, parent, siblings, relatives, or a tutor to help you out. If you would like a coach, you can find some ideas for good places to find coaches here.
