Turnaround time from linking college board account and getting personalized recommended questions

After a student links their College Board account to Khan Academy, the practice should then be catered to the recent scores imported from College Board almost immediately. As a student continues to work through their SAT practice, their practice will begin to reflect the work they are doing, and they should see levels change in response to their practice.

For some of our students, after they linked their College Board accounts it still recommended them to do the 4 mini-diagnostic tests (for math at least).  I figured it was because Khan hadn't pulled the score data yet.  The students have taken a PSAT test, is there another reason that they might not be getting the personalized plans?    

My students have their PSAT data from October 2019 now--is Khan personalized practice already using this data to adjust their course of study or is there something we need to do at our end to have it account for new data set?

If your students have received their scores from the College Board, their scores should also have been automatically imported into their Khan Academy SAT practice.

To double-check this, your students should visit the SAT practice dashboard. Under the Test Scores widget, they should see their PSAT score listed. As long as their score is showing there, the system has factored this into their recommended practice.

If they are not seeing their score there, you may need to wait a few days for the scores to transfer from the College Board. If it takes any longer than a day or two, they may need to unlink/re-link their College Board account.
