Really?  Well, if I do not hear from them by the end of the day, I will simply find another way to get my students work to them.  This is ridiculous.

My students are having the same problem and their parents are not happy. Neither am I. Has anyone gone to the help center and gotten any kind of response about this???  Any contact from the site at...
